One doesn't know how to more easily have a successful life and to improve emotional and physical health until finding the right "formula." It must allow each person to select what is right for him or her. It needs to be enjoyable, invigorating, effective, and nearly effortless to improve the quality of one's life.

"When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long. Take the reason of the thing into your mind, and then look forward. Mistakes are lessons of wisdom. - The future is yet in your power."
- Hugh White

"Yet it is better to learn how some avoided mistakes; and how others effectively coped with misfortune."

Phase I relates to how an exemplar group in a trying setting (for the most part) dealt successfully with problems, stresses, anxieties, worries, among other adversities to gain success and confidence.  The emotions were the same in the past as now.  It provides "building blocks" for each individual to select what he or she needs or wants.  The format is similar for each "section."  An abbreviated example "section" of "Exemplarography Phase I" that relates to "Responsibility and Fear" is shown herein.
